about me

I'm Fanny Shank, a graphic designer, illustrator, crocheter, cross stitcher, scrapbooker and writer. For work, I do web design and mentor others on maintaining my company's brand digitally. I feel like my graphic design work informs all my other creative hobbies, and vice versa. I love the merging of many different mediums together and seeing what comes of it. There's very few artistic mediums I wouldn't try, except perhaps playing an instrument, I think that ship has sailed.

Aside from being an artist, I'm a vegan, an elder emo, and I have two stinky cats, Bubsy and Gwen. I'm engaged to a drumming metalhead and together we bought our first house in March 2025. I've fallen in love with gardening and making our house feel like us. So naturally, MORE BLACK!
